to introduce our nonprofit mission and outline how we promote artists through fair-use-aligned
reviews, reactions, and curated programming.
These conversations often begin with informal introductions — emails, calls, or meetings — that lead to more formal negotiation. We approach each interaction with transparency, focusing on long-term partnerships, not just one-off clearances. We also keep detailed logs of all outreach to ensure follow-ups and to track which labels and entities are responsive to nonprofit initiatives.
